Job description for Accounts Executive at Sagepaths Global Education
Job Description:
1. Perform accounting duties such as bank reconciliation, Account Payable and Account Payable and Invoicing.
2. Handle general administrative duties.
3. Perform counter duties on rotation basis (e.g. collection of payments, attending to resident enquiries, etc.).
4. Assist in preparing monthly reports, perform day-end closing, prepare payment vouchers & reminder notices.
5. Course fee payment collection.
6. Preparation of invoices/billings for training courses.
7. Manage and stock-take of office supplies.
8. Purchase office snacks and order drinks.
9. Other Ad-Hoc duties.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum qualification of Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Accounting related fields.
2. Proficient in Mac Office and Microsoft Office.
3. Good knowledge/skills in IT.
4. Good attention to detail.
5. Able to work as a team and independently where required, and take initiative when needed.
6. Required to communicate in both English and Mandarin (in order to manage English and Mandarin-speaking customer enquiries through emails, phone calls and also, assist them in the registration of training courses.)
7. Passionate about working with students with excellent written and spoken Mandarin Chinese.
