Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Intermediate knowledge in accounting and tax principles
- Experience in GL functions and month-end/year-end closing processes
- Comfortable with numbers and quantitively skills
- 2+ years of experience in accounting for manufacturing
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills and experience in accounting software (Tally is a plus)
- Intelligent, highly motivated, and with a high sense of initiative and loyalty
- Very detail-oriented and accurate in providing reliable data
- Proactive team player with no competitiveness and have a desire to learn, help, and support
- Very positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Preferably living in Karanganyar or Solo area or willing to accommodate
Job Description:
- Completing various accounting procedures
- Double-entry bookkeeping
- Reconciling inward and outward books as per the company’s procedure
- Calculating and filling Tax
- Tracking and controlling budgets and expenses
- Drafting financial reports
- Drafting and reporting financial presentations
- Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
- Coordinating with independent auditors
- Preparing forecast reports
- k. Stock verification and physical counts
- Securing financial records by doing routine backups
- Identifying and investigating discrepancies
