工作內容
Responsible for performing the company’s accounting and finance functions, including:
Assist Finance Manager in daily accounting operations, to ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial positions and balance sheet (P&L) and liquidity (cash flow), accounts receivable (customer billing and invoicing) and payable.
Assist Finance Manager in implementing financial plan for the company.
Assist Finance Manager in devising business operational budgets and forecast and liaising with financial institutions on on-going use of facilities.
Assist Finance Manager in managing company’s policies on expenditures to ensure proper justifications (including travel and expenses, etc.) and provide oversight on procurement activities.
Assist Finance Manager in performing journal entries update to ledgers, accounts receivable and accounts payable, and any related general administrative tasks.
Assist Finance Manager in recording and reporting cash flow transactions and helping to perform reconciliation with bank statements.
