Accounting Analyst-AP
At Awake Asia, our Accounting Analyst-AP who will demonstrate Accounting expertise on personal and corporate accounting practice. You must be highly accurate and efficiency and vast knowledge of Tax code to ensure consistence and accurate accounting. Be part of the local and regional teams led by experienced eCommerce management with over 15 years of experience in eCommerce and retailing.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Reporting and assisting our Regional Financial Officer
- Ensure all necessary documents are requested, collected and compiled.
- Detect and address potential compliance issue proactively
- Ensure Receivables and Payables are accurately processed in the system
- Ensure the accuracy of the personal and corporate tax returns
- Advise Board/directors regarding Tax code
- Tightly cooperate with Operation department to maintain high alert on all potential issue related to Inventory.
- Maintains respect and common courtesy for your peers as well as customers.
- Maintain a teamwork atmosphere and take on the opportunity to be cross-trained.
You will need:
- 2 year work experience in general accounting
- Advance degree in Accounting
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedure
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skill
- Extensive corporate and personal tax experiences
- Consistence, accurate and thorough with an eye for details.
- Ability to interact with a remote support team across many cultures
- Detail oriented and Proactive with a "Just Do It" attitude
- Proficiency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of other languages are a plus
