工作內容
TECH KNOWLEDGE :
- Chatbot
- WhatsApp API
- SMS Marketing (Bulk and OTP)
- Email Blast
- Marketing Automation
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Represents the company and assist customers by assessing their needs and helping them find the right products or services.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
- Sales target (will be informed once has board)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferrable in Business or Economic / Marketing / Computer Science / Sytem Information etc
- Startup Enthusiast
- Eager to learn
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
- Excellent in English and Bahasa, both in oral and written
- Project Management Skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Have experience using JIRA
