As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role creating long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee the project’s implementation of assigned clients, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities.
- Serve as the point of contact for the assigned clients throughout the project planning and implementation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with the internal strategy, creative, and tech team to deliver the best results for our clients.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our tasks according to the clients’ needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of the ongoing projects to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify areas of improvement from past and current projects.
- Develop new business with existing clients and seek new sales opportunities with new clients.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Minimum 2 years working experience as an Account Manager, preferably in e-commerce industry.
- Have adequate knowledge in digital marketing. Experienced working in a digital agency would be preferred.
- Have experience or knowledge on Shopify.
- Have experience as a salesperson in B2B relationships.
- Demonstrable strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Highly adaptable and has an ability to learn quickly and come up with prompt solutions for marketing campaigns and programs.
- Strongly motivated to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, dynamic environment with global clients.
- Eager to take on ownership and responsibilities, with a sense of commitment to delivering tasks and projects within deadlines and with the highest level of quality.
- Ability to identify and proactively communicate issues, areas of improvement, and to provide status updates.
