Company Description
We are an early-stage startup based in Indonesia with a mission to equalize access to job opportunities through education, community building and technology. We believe that business and social value can be achieved in tandem--helping more people upskill, get jobs and advance themselves.
Our founders have a wealth of experience building businesses at some of the most reputable tech and professional service firms in the region (Baca, Grab, McKinsey, etc.). We are looking for smart and ambitious Account Manager who possess a passion for people and impact.
Responsibilities
- Introduce our platform to prospective employers and work with them to recruit great employees
- Create amazing partnership experience with external stakeholder or prospective employers
- Onboard employers, build relationships and develop plans to resolve issues
- Operate the system and input data accurately
- Solicit feedback from employers, understand pin points and take ownership to ensure issues are quickly and effectively resolved
- Take initiative to reach our prospective employers
Requirements
- 1 year experience in B2B selling is prefered
- Own a laptop and handphone
- Excellent communication skills and aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Highly organized, able to multitask, work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and get things done
- Willingness to work 5 days a week on site (WFO at Sahid Sudirman)
