We are looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible to maintain our client's project.
Job description:
- Onboarding clients and accommodating client's requests/questions on all communication channels;
- Managing the project and coordinating with the digital team to ensure the campaign's success;
- Analyzing advertising data and creating campaign reports frequently;
- Participating in media planning and research;
- Using main advertising tracking instruments (AppsFlyer, AppMetrica, Adjust, Branch);
- Working in Excel (at the formula level).
Our ideal candidate:
- Have minimum 2 yrs experience handling clients in digital agency
- Ability to speak in English (all internal communication is held in English);
- Loves to talk to people and conduct effective work communication;
- Basic knowledge of the digital advertising industry;
- Fast pace person with the ability to multi-task;
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible;
- Works in Excel (at the formula level);
- Wants and is ready to learn new things quickly;
- Previous experience in the digital industry is a plus.
