- Support requirements and sales discussions
- Involve in Tender/RFQ/RFP processing, proposal and presentation
- Assist sales division to help define opportunities and close large opportunity
- Involved in the development of sales and marketing documents
- Ensure high customer satisfaction in solutions delivery and sales.
- Undertake any duties assigned from time to time
- Degree in Electrical/Computer or equivalent with 5-10 years experiences in Telco & IT or related industry.
- Have experience for IT / data communicating product, especially for cyber security product.
- Excellent communications, presentation & interpersonal skills
- Have experience handle customer for corporate & government agency.
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with
customers on resolution of sales. Reasonable level of proficiency in written and spoken English is a MUST
- Working knowledge of personal computing hardware and software technology with strong analytical, communications, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and persuade with great flexibility, high energy personality with go-getter attitude and able to uphold confidentiality.
- Work closely with sales and marketing team by participating and supporting all sales strategies and activities and able to travel extensively and at short notice.
- Preferable to have good sales management experience to drive project in Indonesia Telecommunication company & Service Provider sector (Telkomsel, XL, Indosat, , SmartFren, tower provider, ISP, etc)
- Have ability to generate customer contact and opportunity
- Have good contact & experience in others sector such as Banking, Manufacture, Logistic, E-Commerce, etc
- Candidate with experience on handling software development and technical service is an advantage and plus point
- Have a good experience in cyber security product & customer
