- Client relationship; manage the day to day relationship with key contact (Maintain and grow a network of contacts at the client site).
- Account handling; management responsibility for account administration, co¬ordinating upwards to Directors and appropriate information to accounts and delivery service departments.
- Service development; continually seek out opportunities to bring to the client’s attention developments to the service and potentially new ways of working.
- Analysis & insight; demonstrating insight to clients.
- Handling day-to-day activities with clients in relation with project control and monitoring.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client's needs and objectives.
- Contribute in setting digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements.
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Minimum 3 years experience in AE role.
- Experience in marketing agency is a plus point.
- Good & clear communication is a must.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platform.
- Hands on experience with Social Media Management, KOL/Influencer Marketing, SEO/SEM and CRM software is a plus point.
