- Having previous experience in sales and marketing, mainly in advertising or digital media industry
- Deep understanding of business sales process.
- They must understand their clients needs and objectives and liaise closely with them throughout campaigns, often on a daily basis
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
- To monitor, analyze and prepare a report of sales achievement
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Eager learn new things and work with the target
- Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to negotiate and problem-solve.
- Fluent in English is an added value.
- Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
- Find sales opportunities through networking and turn it into long term partnerships.
- Make propositions, give suggestions, and designate sales targets and job obligations to each sales staff.
- Create detailed business plans to achieve goals and quotas.
- Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers' problems
- Responsible in achieving the advertisement sales target, set up and execute the marketing plan wish list carrying out the sales presentation, he or she should also be able to maintain good relationship with the government or brand
- Analyze consumer needs and developing innovative solutions.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ satisfaction.
- Negotiate agreements, tracking progress, and report of sales and data.
