Job description for Account Director at Leon
- Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.
- Manage all aspects of the client business providing superior customer service while maximizing business opportunities.
- Responsible for meeting business KPI’s and development of business plans.
- Mentor the team to maximize individuals’ growth, and harness the strengths and opportunities of each team member.
- Conduct performance evaluation using key metrics.
- Maintain the Account team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. As well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
- Reporting and analytics.
- Proven experience as a Sr. Account Manager/Account Director or similar position in Marketing/Advertising agency.
- Have a min. total 5 years of experience in Account/Client Service & Team Management.
- Have a sufficient amount of experience in handling different projects in ATL, BTL, and Digital.
- Demonstrable experience in negotiation and meeting client requirements.
- Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
