Job description for Accounts cum Admin Officer at Starry Homestead Pte Ltd
- Assemble, review, and verify supplier invoices
- Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices
- Sort and match invoices
- Enter and upload invoices into MYOB system
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Data entry
- Assist with month end closing
- Maintain accurate historical records
- Purchase hardware for renovation, e.g., Blum, Excel and etc.
- Responsible for the schedule arrangement for in-house renovation operations team
- Application of Safe Entry for jobsite (Temporary during COVID-19 Period)
- Assist in day-to-day general office administration, answer phone calls, redirecting of phone calls, fax, and mails.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Able to start work immediately or with short notice
- Entry Level, accounting graduate or with at least 1 year of working experiences in the accounts are welcome to apply
- Possess at least Secondary School or "O" Level
- Basic knowledge in Accounts Payable (AP)
- Independent, meticulous, and positive attitude in learning
- Good organization, time management and scheduling skills
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask
