- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers and mentors
- Resolving customer/students complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers/students and mentors updated on the latest products or events in order to increase sales.
- Meeting with business director, business development and other partly in the business unit to plan strategically.
- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
- Understanding key customer/students and mentors needs and addressing these.
- Conducting business reviews using CRM programs.
- Recording and tracking all the thing inside the business unit
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree specially marketing communication
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- Superior product knowledge.
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
