- 優秀的內容編輯與撰寫能力
- 熱愛內容與創作,熟悉產業工作流程並能獨立作業
- 2年以上,內容/新媒體/出版相關產業工作經驗
- 邏輯清晰、反應靈敏、兼具細心與耐心
- 影音剪輯與製作、企劃能力
- 興趣廣泛、熟悉各種領域的內容,能快速掌握陌生的題材與主題
- 掌握數位工具,能高效率輔助各項工作進行

- 進入面試階段後,依據應徵職位所需具備的專業能力,提出3-5個問題,面試者需準備簡報——或任何容易幫助表達、說明的形式,於面試當天分享。
- 第二階段由部門主管面試,包含面談以及專業能力的實際測試,判斷是否具有職位所需具備的能力與經驗。
- 第三階段則由執行長面試,天南地北無所不閒聊,評估人格特質、是否能夠融入企業文化等。
