- 企劃並執行創作者社群活動、徵文活動、內容策展
- 經營平台創作者關係
- 與部門夥伴協作，完成不同的專案
- 優秀的內容編輯與撰寫能力
- 熱愛內容與創作，熟悉產業工作流程並能獨立作業
- 2年以上，內容/新媒體/出版相關產業工作經驗
- 邏輯清晰、反應靈敏、兼具細心與耐心
- 影音剪輯與製作、企劃能力
- 興趣廣泛、熟悉各種領域的內容，能快速掌握陌生的題材與主題
- 掌握數位工具，能高效率輔助各項工作進行
- 喜歡學習與分享，樂於面對挑戰、具抗壓性、企圖心強
- 進入面試階段後，依據應徵職位所需具備的專業能力，提出3-5個問題，面試者需準備簡報——或任何容易幫助表達、說明的形式，於面試當天分享。
- 第二階段由部門主管面試，包含面談以及專業能力的實際測試，判斷是否具有職位所需具備的能力與經驗。
- 第三階段則由執行長面試，天南地北無所不閒聊，評估人格特質、是否能夠融入企業文化等。
