Job description for Yacht Service Administration at PT Simpson Marine Indonesia
SERVICE SUPPORT for LUXURY YACHT DEALERSHIP
We're looking for a resourceful and professional administrative staff member to support our growing service department.
You will be responsible for:
- Scheduling work for our service technicians
- Ensuring technicians work sheets are completed accurately
- Liaising with captains and owners
- Sourcing, negotiating and buying spare parts locally and Internationally
- Working with courier companies and Indonesian Customs (inbound and outbound) including processing all documentation
- Scheduling travel plans and bookings for Service Manager
- Liaising with overseas shipyards
- Assisting Accountant with purchase orders
- Ad hoc duties around the office as needed
- Stock control and management
The ideal candidate will have at least five years' work experience in a highly customer focused role, you will need to be adaptable to a fast pace of work and tight deadlines. Excellent written and spoken English is a must in our small and multinational office.
