Job description for Wellness Concierge - COMO Shambhala at Como Group
Job Summary
Reporting to Wellness Concierge Supervisor / Operations Manager. As a Wellness Concierge, you will be responsible for maintaining the centre’s day-to-day operations while providing excellent services to our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales
• Promote and sell programs and services and products offered by the Centre and conduct walk through of the Centre’s facilities
• Strive to achieve sales target through communications and upselling to customers
Operations
• Maintain strong customer relationship by managing their enquiries with speed, clear explanation and professionalism. Go extra mile to exceed customer expectation.
• Keep self updated with wellness and product knowledge
• Handle reception duties including maintain customers’ information, class management, walk-in/phone and online enquires, complains and other ad-hoc duties
• Maintain the Centre facilities and ensure an inspirational atmosphere for classes
• Conduct inventory stock takes of equipment and merchandises monthly and when required
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably from the hospitality, wellness, or service related industry
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a busy front office environment
- Excellent Team working and practitioner collaboration skills
- Working experience in this field is essential and a familiarity with yoga, pilates, gyrotonics and functional fitness is a plus
- Knowledge of physiotherapy, osteopathy, TCM, Massage, yoga therapy, coaching, counselling and psychoeducation workshops a plus.
