Job description for Warehouse Supervisor at Pt Rubiyat Indonesia
Job Description
1. Ensuring warehouse & transport operations run well in accordance with company regulations and procedures.
2. Coordinate warehouse branch team members to ensure they work according to their respective duties and responsibilities.
3. Develop strategies and work plans to achieve KPIs related to warehouse and transportation.
4. Develop policies and SOPs related to warehouse & transport.
5. Performing analysis related to determining the most optimal location for the new
warehouse
6. Set up & Designing for new warehouse (storage calculation, tools & equipment
needs, Manpower Needs, etc).
7. Performing analysis related to the determination of 3PL for delivery
8. Negotiating the offer price from 3PL
9. Reviewing the performance of all 3PL (Monthly)
10. Maintain good communication and relationship with all 3PL
11. Provide input / improvement to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and
productivity of warehouse & transportation performance
12. Daily check, make sure the quantity of outgoing and incoming product is same as the actual product.
13. Coordinate with other Division and Supervise third parties (vendor / freelancer) who work in the warehouse.
14. Check tukar guling products from MD and check products which will be given to MD.
15. Responsible for cleanliness and tidiness.
16. Organization of the goods in the warehouse properly according to SKU and expired dates.
17. Set up proper procedures and documentation in the warehouse pertaining to the movement of goods
18. Arrange proper loading and unloading of goods when a container arrives and adheres to the SOPs with regard to checking of the imported goods.
19. Coordinate with warehouse staff to record daily warehouse movements for each product in the warehouse.
20. Perform weekly physical stock counts to be compared with movement reports as a form of monitoring the entry and exit of goods in the warehouse.
21. Share information on the physical count of goods to all divisions that need it every week.
22. Obligated to supervise and know every product whose level of availability is limited and whose level of availability is excessive.
23. Responsible for preparing the place needed when there will be a new container of goods arrives.
24. Obligated to supervise the process of loading and unloading goods from containers or trucks under any conditions.
25. report the results of loading and unloading of containers to the relevant division, such as the suitability of the goods with the packing list and the condition of the goods when they arrive at the warehouse.
Requirement :
1. Minimum D3 / S1 from industrial engineering / Transport Management, with minimum GPA : 3,00.
2. Minimum 3 years work experience as Warehouse / Logistic Assistant Manager.
3. Warehouse Management System & Transport Management System.
4. Computer Skill (Ms.Office : Ms.Excel, Ms.Power Point, Ms. Word).
5. Maximum Age : 40 Years old.
6. Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
7. Strong leadership and detail oriented.
8. Negotiation Skill.
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
10. Can work well under pressure and should be willing to work overtime.
11. Have ability to solve problems
12. Ability to finish work on time.
13. Easy to contact.
14. Have a good track record.
15. Prefer with experience managing FMCG / Food products
