Job description for Warehouse Coordinator – IT Hardware at French Chamber Of Commerce In Singapore
On behalf of one of its clients in the software industry, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Warehouse Coordinator – IT Hardware
The Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator is in charge of daily warehouse and logistics operations: incoming and outgoing shipments, picking and packing, inventory system update, coordination of transport, etc.
For motivated candidates willing to learn, the job will offer the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills related to IT hardware testing (routers, switches, servers).
Responsibilities
- Prepare orders, pick and pack goods for shipments
- Check incoming shipments, put hardware in stock Inspect hardware condition
- Organise the stock area, maintain it as a clean and organised space
- Update information in the inventory management system
- Maintain inventory control with regular inventory check
- Process booking for transport and monitor shipments
- Coordinate with local and international transport partners
- Liaise closely with sales team
- Assist on other had hoc duties
Requirements
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Interested in tech/IT Hardware Computer-savvy, incl. Microsoft office
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Physically able to carry loads up to 20kg
- Organisational and analytical skills with attention to details
- Experience in warehouse and logistics appreciated
