Responsible for managing people, processes and systems in a warehouse in order to ensure goods are received and dispatched appropriately and that productivity targets are met
Developing warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes and shipping
Continuously reviewing ways to aid efficiency, add value and reduce costs as well as delivering continuous improvement initiatives
Developing and maintaining SLA/KPIs to achieve warehouse goals
Training and managing warehouse members to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
Overseeing daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory, inbound, outbound and logistics process
Providing regular reports to capture operational issues and suggest initiatives to be solved
Communicating and collaborating with other stakeholders e.g. customer, customers of customer, products end-user, vendors, etc
5-10 years experience in supply chain/logistic management
Having experience in handling telecommunication products (e.g. antenna, parabola, microwave, etc)
Having experience in handling telecommunication company's as customer
Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
Familiar and understand with the concept of how WMS works
Adaptive and able to build logical and systematic approach to work
Ability to lead and motivate the team to achieve desired goal
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Fluent in English is a must
Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) is a must
Graduated from reputable oversea university
