Job description for Visual Merchandiser at BIASA Group
BIASA Group is a beautiful boutique and label inspired by Indonesian lifestyle and Italian design ethos, we were the first on the island to offer visitors and residents sophisticated resort-wear collections along with treasures from around the world: hand-cast homeware, artisan pieces and exotic handmade furnishings.
We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser Associate. This position is responsible for providing direct support to the VM Coordinator. This role will support and guide the store team to deliver the most inspiring and exciting Customer Experience in line with BIASA brand and values. You actively drive sales in the store and are responsible to implement the Visual Identity to make BIASA be a destination to shop for fashion.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for designing and creating attractive visual displays for the store. You need to enhance the aesthetic appeal of window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays to optimize sales target achievement.
- Responsible for ensuring lighting, is right on target (dramatic element or focus on goods being sold).
- Creative thinking, edgy, artsy, and out the box.
- Create an elevated customer experience by communicating the DNA of the brand lifestyle in visual merchandising.
- Ensure the ambiance store is always fun, unique, and fashionable, according to our target market
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to leverage all visual merchandising opportunities in retail and wholesale arenas.
- Awareness of the label and standard of goods we sell, such as tags off broken tags, etc.
- Works mobile from one store to another.
Task and Responsibilities
- Report each display by WA or phone to the VM coordinator.
- Follow up on orders related to fixtures made by the VM coordinator.
- Create a weekly display report for each store.
- Responsible for a direct contract with store supervisor in every store by WA or phone about the display made and when the goods on display sell.
- In charge of VM's inventory fixture.
Qualifications
- 2 years of Visual Merchandising experience in a high-end retail /luxury environment
- Strong organizational skills, multitasking, and prioritizing capabilities
- Have a good taste for combination color
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Luxury branding awareness
- Fashion Styling experience preferred
- Able to be mobile
