Job description for Vertical Head (FMCG/Finance) at PMAX
- Title: Account Director cum Vertical Head (FMCG/Finance)

- Working Time: 9:00 - 18:00, Monday Friday
- Working Location: 6th Floor, Tuong Viet Building, 95 Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, HCMC, Vietnam
- Client leadership and portfolio management:
- On top of multi-project and manage overall client portfolio of FMCG/Finance vertical
- Project management:
- Provide direction for the team to acquire new clients and execute the projects
- Manage performance of multiple projects at same time, point out key issues to address, and lead the team to propose effective solutions to maximize client lifetime value
- Business consulting:
- Build relationship with client project decision maker (Head/C-level)
- Provide the clients with high level consultation related to their business and marketing investment or operations to build credibility and strengthen the relationship
- Vertical management:
- Build FMCG/Finance vertical team with a clear strategy and strong capabilities to win the vertical
- Develop strategy and business plan for the vertical
- Recruit and manage a cross-functional team from Media, Creative, Strategy, Business Development, etc.
- Drive the overall strategy implementation from acquisition to monetization to achieve the business objectives
- Business acumen
- Manage P&L and resources of the vertical team
- People management:
- Recruit and lead the team to achieve the ambitious goals
- Direct subordinates: AM/SAM
- Indirect subordinates: Vertical team forming from cross-functional team members (around 5 core team members)
- Provide clear roadmap and adequate guidance for the team under
- Deliver individual coaching/ feedback sessions to support the team members to grow and achieve their goals
- Department development:
- Lead internal company/department projects when needed.
- Support the Chief Client Officer in building up the strategy and the account program overall to scale up the department
- Skills & Experience
- Background:
- High diversify knowledge and experience in FMCG/Finance sector
- Experience in Brand/ Senior Brand Manager/ Senior Marketing Manager/ MKT Director in FMCG/Finance
- Experience in manage P&L and team management
- Strong problem solving skills
- Identify key issue in different context and perspective to deliver project objectives
- Structure the problem and prioritize effectively to maximize resources
- Have capability to analyze and execute well under pressure
- Good business acumen
- Able to manage client portfolio and P&L
- Understand client business objectives and work backward for the approach to support client deliver their KPIs
