Job Description
- Plan, design and conduct high-quality user research, including methods such as:
Interview, Fieldwork, Usability Test, Data Analysis, and similar approaches.
- Provide insight to the team based on researching user behavior and needs.
Convert research findings into actionable results.
- Work closely with design, product management and develop to define the
next step of product concepts and solutions.
- Synthesize research findings from other data sources (including our partners
and data mining) into meaningful recommendations and actionable items.
工作內容
- 透過質性/量化的研究方法（例如深度訪談、田野調查、易用性測試、數據分析等）
來規劃、設計和執行高品質的使用者研究。
- 透過使用者研究為團隊提供具有洞察力的研究結果，並將研究結果轉化為可行
的方向與行動。
- 與設計團隊、專案管理和開發工程師緊密合作，定義專案或產品下一步的優化概念
與解決方案。
- 將來自其他來源（合作夥伴或數據團隊）的數據結果綜合為有意義的建議
和可行的結果。
Required Skills
- MA/MS degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction,
Statistics, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 1 years of experience in an applied research setting. Have the ability
to plan and execute research and work independently.
- With keen observation and flexible thinking, able to adapt quickly and willing
to accept new challenges.
- Good Chinese/English expression and communication skills.
條件要求
- 擁有電腦科學、人機互動學、統計學、心理學或相關科系的碩士文憑或相關經驗。
- 至少1年以上的UX相關應用研究經驗，具備規劃與執行研究的能力並能獨立作業。
- 擁有敏銳的觀察力與靈活的思考，能夠快速適應並願意接受新的挑戰。
- 良好的中文/英語表達能力及溝通技巧。
