Job Description
- Collaborating with the product, tech, other stakeholders teams, and also customers to collect, understand, and define requirements.
- Translating complex product requirements into easy-to-use and intuitive user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes tha guarantee intuitive user experiences.
- Analyse user behaviors, pain points, and agritech industry trends to solve customer-centric ambiguous problem areas in existing or new verticals.
- Taking a data-driven approach to visual and interaction design decisions.
- Testing that design solutions through usability testing methods.
- Generating user testing insights, creative recommendations, and storytelling presentations that can drive design improvements and product roadmaps.
- Align with other teams to ensure that your research will have an impact on users, business goals, and the organization.
- Overseeing the maintenance and application of visual design standards. - Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems.
Requirement
- 1 years of experience in UX/Product Design.
- Understand the fundamental design process and principles.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Creative ideas with problem-solving mindset.
- Familiar with design systems.
- Decent knowledge of UIUX Design tools (Figma will be great!).
- Experience on the web, iOS, and android app design concept.
- UX portfolio of previous projects is a must
