Get to know the Role:
Assistant Marketing Manager, Payment is someone who is responsible to create marketing/ branding plans, translate strategy into execution planning, to design and deliver marketing campaigns, marketing offline activities and branding then monitoring its effectiveness and efficiency.
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns that are aligned with company-wide objectives, as well as budget management and target tracking. You will be accountable for both Consumers & Merchants market under Moca e-wallet on Grab app business for peer-to-merchant and online acceptances payments and will have to work closely with business leads for alignment on marketing.
To succeed in this role, you need to be a self-motivated individual who can perform under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You should be able to break down complex issues into executable strategies and detailed tactics.
This person along with the team lead will be tasked with devising the integrated marketing strategies to drive usage of Moca e-wallet as well as activities to acquire and nurture partnerships with Merchants.
The day-to-day activities:
- Create merchant marketing plans via acquisition and retention initiatives that hit business growth objectives and build loyalty.
- Responsible for the end-to-end design, execution and monitoring of strategic campaigns including concept ideation, media and demand planning, go-to-market strategy and budget planning.
- Manage reporting and analysis across on-going campaigns, using data and research to drive better campaigns through a test and learn approach.
- Work closely with all key stakeholders and supporting functions (internal and external) to deliver high-quality work for creative, social, digital, events, PR, digital.
- Responsible to review, manage, control Moca branded content/appearance on Grab channels & partners’ channels (bank): Website, Facebook fanpage…vv
- Coordinate with teams to figure out & solve pop-up issue related to payment
- Other activities & campaigns as assigned by the line manager.
The must haves:
- Advanced in written and spoken English
- Result-oriented, data-driven and insights based
- Excellent in presentation, negotiation & problem solving skills
- Minimum more than 2 years experience in Marketing, Brand Marketing
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
- Track record of launching big impact marketing campaigns. Preferred if have experience with co-marketing campaigns or payment business.
