Job description for Trợ Lý Quản Lý Brand Partnership (Food) at Gojek
- Collaborate with other brands to create brand partnership plan and get media or other kind of benefit for Gojek
- Cooperate and work with other crossed functions, such as Fin, Ops, Comm, BD..v..v., to develop and implement MKT plan
- Manage and coordinate with agencies/ internal MKT teams (CRM, Creative, Digital) to build up the communication strategy and execute the communication plan to the right media touchpoints.
- Leverage data to monitor and track product performance for action plan proposals.
- Assist Brand Manager in other programs
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Business Management or similar field
- At least 2 years working experience as Brand/ Marketing in FMCG/ Technology industry Knowledge and experience in communication, digital, market research
- Passion for marketing and its best practice Interest in consumer technology
- Skill set: Problem-solving, flexible, adaptable, comfortable with changes
- Good communication, teamwork and working independently, project management, good command of English
- As a person, you are/have flexible, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, kind & empathetic, supportive of your colleagues, strong ownership
- Attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
