Job description for Travel Operations at Dreamscape Travel (PT Dwi Era Sejahtera)
Job Description of Travel Operation:
- Following up the leads/clients that given by Product Specialist for further travelling projects based on promotion or clients request
- Contact the leads/clients and coordinate with them to arrange detail information about destination, accommodation, ticketing and other things related to the travelling project
- Assured the itinerary was discussed and confirmed with the leads/clients with proper record to anticipate dispute
- Proposing the quotation based on the requirements that already discussed with the leads/ clients
- Assured that the price is accurately calculated with detail information and detail pricing list
- Assured that additional cost should be burned to the leads/clients and assured additional cost properly documented to client approval
- Assured the leads/clients paid the cost before the travelling project running
- Assured booking process, reservation and other preparation should be done as on date line schedule
- Assured the travelling project running as scheduled and all item was well prepared as on schedule
- Solving problem in the field and getting approval by escalation to Management if needed
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism or other similar degree with experience in tourism or travel
- Experience minimum 3 years in MICE or Traveling Agent or Project Arrangement with tight schedule
- Experience in managing priority clients
- Experience in detail operations and monitoring operations with tight time management
- Experience in project management is preferred
- Having knowledge to use project management tools to monitor the operations schedule
- Get used to maintain client needs and client important moments
- Digital savvy to monitor the operations and time management
- Good communication skill
- Good coordination skill
- Having negotiation skill
