Jobdesc :
- Menyiapkan komputer / laptop dan barang sejenisnya sesuai dengan permintaan customer;
- Melakukan pengecekan kerusakan komputer / laptop dan barang sejenisnya;
- Memberikan solusi troubleshooting perangkat IT perusahaan;
- Melakukan onsite ke tempat customer
Kualifikasi :
- Pengalaman min. 1 tahun di bidang yang sesuai;
- Berusia 20-30 tahun;
- Pendidikan min. SMA/ sederajat;
- Memiliki pemahaman hardware dan pemasangannya;
- Mampu bekerja dengan analisis cepat dan tepat saat ada keluhan dari user mengenai perangkat;
- Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan;
