- Strong recruitment/headhunter background
- Understand and want to learn about Information Technology
- Accustomed to working with targets (fulfillment targets)
- Able to understand business and develop recruitment plans.
- Agile and creative in operational approach
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Japanese language is a big plus
