Hello, Start Up enthusiast, Shift Academy is currently looking for an Assessor intern for our project!
Shift Academy is a learning platform based in Depok that was created to provide inclusive education services for every passionate Indonesian youth. As Assessor Intern, you will focus on doing in-depth assessment using interview methods. Here’s following detail about our requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
- Preferably having experience doing assessment using in-depth interview methods.
- Willing to communicate well with related stakeholders such as project lead, supervisor, manager etc
- Having a good knowledge of business process
- Willing to work on-site (Jabodetabek Area)
- Have a strong analytical thinking and communication skills
- Able to work as a team
