Job Descriptions
- Coordinate with other teams to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details
Requirements
- Having 1-2 year recruitment experience, preferably has experience as TA specialist/recruiter in startup, e-commerce or head hunter
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or relevant fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Having good initiatives and high willingness to learn and grow
- Willing to work in a fast pace environment
- Can start immediately
