Job description for Talent Acquisition Specialist & Employer Branding at Bitlabs

Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding? Are you interested in creating social impact through education?
If you are highly-motivated, creative, can-do attitude individual who have the passion in empowering Indonesia’s Digital Talent through Education, this opportunity is for you!
Mission
At Bitlabs we aim to transform lives through job-relevant Learning in Digital and Data. We teach Indonesian young generation the skills to become Digital Talent as well as provide them the opportunity to experiment their knowledge.
Since 2019, we have accelerated the careers of thousands of students and help them work in reputable companies in Indonesia, but there’s still plenty to be done.
We will rely on you for:
  • Coordinate with People Acquisition & Engagement Manager to identify staffing needs
  • Determine selection criteria and source potential candidates through  online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
You’ll enjoy (or survive, depends on the case) if you:
  • Have solid experience as a recruiter or headhunter for at least two years
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree
  • Are naturally friendly and love interacting with other people, even stranger
  • Have a psychology background or at least a strong interest in human personality & traits
  • Proactive, excel savvy and have good endurance for heavy task completion, in not so friendly deadline
  • Have strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills, structured yet casual, both in Bahasa Indonesia & English
