Job description for Talent Acquisition (IT) at PT Juke Solusi Teknologi
- Doing Recruitment Process (sourcing, posting job vacancies, screening cv, testing applicant, interview, reporting, etc.)
- Handling employee training and development, contract internal & external, competency matrix, making Training Need Analysis (find trainer as needed, compile syllabus, etc.)
- Compiling KPI, Workload Analysis.
- Conduct new employee orientations and office tour.
- Responsible for creating new initiative for learning materials.
- Communicate to all employee for upcoming training program.
- Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities
- Bachelor of Psychology
- Experience min 3 years as Talent acquisition
- Proficient in using psychological tools
- Agile, hard work, multi-tasking, good communication
- Computer literate (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, internet, email, social media etc.)
