Job description for Talent Acquisition Intern at SATS Ltd
Intern, Human Capital (TARP)
You will be supporting the Talent Acquisition team and be tasked to assist on the following:
- Assist and track pipeline of candidates from rank and file positions from various sources eg career fairs, digital marketing campaigns etc.
- Involve in foreign workers hiring and administrative matters related
- Assist in grants and documentations submission matters related to Work Study Programmes
- Consolidate terms and conditions of respective roles for the rank and file positions
- Involve in preparation for internship submission and follow-up actions such as arranging for interviews etc.
- Consolidate agreements with recruitment partners
Requirements:
- Able to commit for at least 3 months
- Work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Meticulous and cautious in completing tasks
