- Minimum Bachelor's Degree majoring in Information Systems, Business, Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3 years experience as Business Analysis of Information Technology area
- Very good knowledge about Finance or Accounting modelling and process
- Deep knowledge about integrated enterprise core system
- Experienced in developing and or design application from scratch
- Experienced in Software Development Life Cycle or other software development method
- Follow company or group project management office procedures, governance, and framework to minimize project risk to manage documentation, requirements, process flow, diagram, formula, calculation and cases
- Elicitation requirements gathering in defining detailed business requirement and test case
- Performing high quality business requirement and test scenario documentation including requirements traceability, flowchart, diagram, reporting and test result
- Liaise with Key Users and Project Team as need to ensure requirements are clearly defined, understood and translated into detail functionalities and other designs.
- Investigate, evaluate, and report alternative preferred solutions
- Monitor closely the post implementation
