Job description for System Analyst at PT Grha Dana Bersama
Responsibilities :
1. Maintaining and upgrading existing systems as required
2. Designing new computer systems and frameworks
3. Troubleshooting technical issues
4. Risk mitigation planning
5. Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads and IT team to resolve issues and ensuring solutions are viable and consistent
6. Creating system guidelines and manuals for the organisation
7. Running training sessions and workshops on system processes
8. Conducting regular reviews of systems and generating reports on efficiencies and improvement areas
9. Structuring and prioritising business requirements and communicating plans with stakeholders for review and approval
Requirements :
1. You already have experience as a System Analyst.
2. Good personality and high intelegensi curiosity
3. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System, Web Engineer/ Developer Course or a related field
4. Critical thinking ability
5. Strong problem-solving capacity
6. High-level written and verbal communication skills
7. Project management skills
8. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
9. Knowledge of data modelling and data visualisation tools
10. Ability to be agile and flexible in adapting in a dynamic environment.
11. Good understanding of the investment / financial sector, strong plus point
12. You enjoy working on lean and agile development projects using Scrum & Kanban.
13. You are a problem solver with good analytical skills
