Job description for SPV SALES (PALEMBANG) at PT Yontomo Sukses Abadi
- Membantu Kepala Cabang dalam mengontrol,mengarahkan, mengkordinir dan memotivasi team dalam proses pemasaran untuk mencapai target penjualan dan dapat mengusulkan strategi marketing untuk meningkatan penjualan
- Mengontrol laporan penjualan baik mingguan maupun bulanan
- Memdampingi Salesman secara temporer dalam kunjungan pelanggan
- Ikut memelihara customer yang berada dibawah tanggung jawabnya
Kualifikasi :
- Usia minimal 35 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal D3
- Pengalaman Sebagai Supervisor Sales minimal 3 tahun bidang penjualan barang-barang teknik, barang retail untuk toko bangunan dan bengkel las, pengadaan project dan mengetahui Market Industri
- Berorientasi target, memiliki sales skill dan management skill yang baik
- Leadership, developer, teliti, displin, bertanggungjawab, integritas, semangat kerja tinggi, pemikiran analistis, dan mampu bekerja dalam Tim
- Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas dalam pengembangan area
- Berdomisili daerah Palembang
