1. 3-5 years of proven experience in heavy customer-focused position involving and technical knowledge of a companies' products and services
2. Diploma, Degree holders preferable
3. Excellent concept in preparing presentation and presentations skills
4. Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution
5. Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently
6. Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating
with customers and clients
7. Be able to accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their
experience with software or IT services
8. Comfortable working in and assisting others through phone calls, onsite visits or via other remote access programs like Microsoft Team, TeamViewer, Zoom, LogMeIn or similar products.
9. Ability to take on new challenges with new technology solutions
10. Excellent technical understanding and vast exposure to:
o Server platforms related, such as Windows OS, Linux OS, hardware-based
storage (SAN/NAS), software-based storage (File Server, vSAN, etc.) and
its underlaying infrastructure
o Server security solutions, such as systems hardening, vulnerability
scanning, assessment and resolution, Data Loss Prevention solutions
o Monitoring and alerting solutions
o LDAP or other similar authentication solutions
o Email solutions
o Middleware solutions, Web Server technology, Load Balancing, etc.
o Virtualization Technologies, such as VMWare, HyperV, etc.
11. Database Administration exposure (MSSQL, MySQL, Oracle, etc.) will be an added
advantage
12. Industry and/or brand specific certification in relevant technical competency will
be an added advantage
13. Ability to understand business processes and financial functions will be added
advantages also
