Job description for Marketing Lead at Y2123
- Develop a strong and identifiable brand position for Y2123 through strategic direction, campaign execution, creative development, media planning and vendor/partner management.
- Lead the building of a strong brand message that is consistent across all channels and marketing/community efforts
- Work with influencers, KOLs, NFT artists and the crypto community to increase awareness of Y2123 brand within the tech space as well as the mainstream lifestyle audience
- Deliver measurable impact through digital marketing, creative campaigning, community growth and publicity efforts.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for Marketing.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and use metrics-driven methodologies to deliver the best outcome.
- Manage go-to-market for new features and products.
- Lead and own the marketing strategy and roadmap based on the company’s OKRs.
- Stay on top of emerging market trends and identify new opportunities both within and outside of our existing audiences.
- Lead market research and data analysis to develop deep customer and market insights to drive experiments that optimize resources and impact.
- Track, measure and analyze all initiatives to report on marketing ROI.
Job must have requirement for Marketing Lead at Y2123
- At least 5 years of marketing experience with a global B2C brand or marketing agency, or management consulting experience.
- Deep knowledge of the NFT ecosystem and trends, with some understanding of the technology powering NFTs
- Self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines.
- Technical skills in Product Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Product Strategy, Customer Research and Insights, Analytics, Budget Management.
- Comfortable with being a public-facing and speaking representative of the project
- Strong verbal and written English skills
