Job description for General / Country Manager at Infinitus Health Products (Int'l) Company Limited
• Oversee and manage the sales & marketing, operations, and business support functions of our Malaysia Market
• Devise, formulate and implement all business strategies and initiatives to achieve targeted goals and for greater growth to work towards World No.1
• Fully take ownership of P/L accountability, budget planning and cost management
• To ensure compliance with local regulatory, legal and industrial practices and create better reputation with all stake holders as well as competitors
• Analyze the regional market landscape, identify business opportunities to drive sales and revenue, and expand our market shares in direct selling industry
• Strengthen relationship with existing distributors and build potential distributors base
• Review departmental and staff performance, so as to maintain a high standard quality of work
• Ensure smooth running of the office and effective communications between HQ or even Infinitus China
• Monitor all processes to ensure adherence to the Infinitus standards and policies
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the GM of Infinitus Overseas HQ and senior management team
Job must have requirement for General / Country Manager at Infinitus Health Products (Int'l) Company Limited
• Experiences in direct selling industry/multi-level marketing field
• Experience in running overall operation of a direct selling company
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Malay and Chinese as they will be managing SEA region market
