Job description for Finance Manager:
1. Responsible for the Finance and administrative Team
2. Financial Reporting, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable, Accounting System
3. Yearly Company Audit, GST and Tax matters.
4. Forex and Exchange Rates
5. Managing all the Accounting Functions for all the legal entities of the company
6. Develop and Review Accounting and Financial Procedures.
7. To train other members in the team in ensuring that proper accounting
procedures are in place, accurate records and reports are in compliance with
corporate policies/guidelines and accounting standards.
8. Manage and maintain all administrative matters, Office Matters, Company
secretarial, tax and liaising with the auditors, bankers, suppliers and customers
on financial matters of the companies.
9. Ensure an outstanding level of customer satisfaction
10. Great attuite and takes pride on responsibilities when given
11. Ability to exceed expectations
12. All other duties as assigned.
Must-have requirements for Finance Manager:
1. Accounting Degree or equivalent
2. Ability to exhibit strong tasks management and meticulous
3. Ability to multi-task prioritize, and manage time effectively
