Job description for Software Quality Assurance (Automation) at Emos Global Digital
Job Requirements:
- Have a minimum 2 years of experience as a Software QA Engineer
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related subject
- Have a deep understanding of Manual & Automation test methodologies and principles; Capable to create testing scenarios/testing script
- Highly Experienced with automation tools such as Katalon, Jira, Git, Appium, Selenium,
- Experience of working with Web, Mobile, and API Testing in both manual & automation testing
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
- Familiar SDLC, RDBMS,SQL Syntax, GraphQL
Job Descriptions:
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
- Automation scripts using open source tools
- Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
- Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements-
- Monitor debugging process results
- Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions
- Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
