Miniletics is a start-up sports apparel company that sells goods directly to consumers through the internet (E-Commerce). We are building a brand through digital channel. At first, when we sell badminton equipment and apparel, people thought that ‘toko online’ was not a thing. From a ‘toko online’ to a ‘Direct to Consumer Brand Company’, miniletics is constantly evolving. Our goal is to make our own brand to be known as an Indonesian brand that is internationally acknowledged and recognized not only as a sports brand but also a household brand.
We are looking for someone who is passionate for social media; enjoy communicate with audiences from social media
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Create, schedule and post daily Social Media content
· Works with creative manager to the development of social media strategies, content creations, and takes the lead in the implementation and production
· Develop, implement and manage multiple social media platforms
· Propose and make world-class fitness/yoga content that can relate and inspire to our community
· Respond to any DMs or mentions on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner
· Create engaging content to interact with our community across social media platform according to each respective context
· A hands-on leader with strong ability to articulate concepts
· Manage a team of social media including graphic design, videographer, content creator and copywriter
· Evaluate social media performance and report to creative manager and brand manager about the most exciting content to least performing content; and analyze it for future content.
· 2+ years of experience in social media management.
· Have a strong sense of visual elements and how to present the most impactful experiences to the audience.
· Excellent communication skill: verbal, written and interpersonal
· Deep expertise in storytelling
· Able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and respond flexibly
· Ability to find creative solutions to communications challenges and difficult problems
· Enjoy communicate to mass audiences
· The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
· Experienced and able to edit basic video content using Instagram/Tiktok platform
