Job description for Social Media Specialist at Pt Hui Huang Media
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with Marketing and Planning departments.

- Understand how the plaform work, how to engage the audience, produce and monitor the campaigns/projects
- Explore content and audience characteristics form any flatform (TikTok, YouTube, IG, etc)
- Get deep in analytics, research, curation, and execute content based on the current trends
- Develop best strategies to increase brand awareness and stays on top of trends
- Track and analyze SEO in order to provide effective solutions for content optimization
- Develop creative ways, fun contents, in line with social strategy and marketing strategy
- Research, plan, execute, manage, and report campaigns/projects indicators
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Collaborate with Marketing and Planning teams to create social ‘buzz’ regarding new projects/campaigns
- Network with industry professionals and influencers via social media
- Being involved in the the end-to end production process including being a talent
Qualifications
- Must mastered critical thinking and problem solving skill
- Energetic, attractive, and confident, maximum of 29 Years old
- Experienced in handling social media and creative videos minimum of 1 year
- Please attach portofolio
- Have broad knowledge about brands and contents that are trending now and in the future
- Practical knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Excellent knowledge of TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
- Comfortable and confident in front of camera will be plus point
- Have good communication skills
- Proven experience in developing best strategies to increase brand awareness and stays on top of trends
- Experienced and good taste in creating and editing videos for personal or semi-professional purposes
