Job description for Social Media Specialist at Sillyco
- Plan and develop creative and engaging social media strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Research and provide concrete ideas for multimedia contents; and involve in the content creation process.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels.
- Interact with customers and answer customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner to grow and keep the engagement alive.
- Form and maintain relationships with influencers, clients and partners.
- Communicate with customers through social media posts, reels, and stories; and offline events.
- Monitor, track, and analyse performance on social media platforms.
- A bachelor degree in Media and Communication / Marketing / Advertising from a reputable university or equivalent practical experience.
- Detail oriented and is able to maintain standards.
- Proficient in English speaking and writing with strong copywriting and effective storytelling skill.
- Confident communicator and presenter with strong communication and people skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients
- Excellent organisational and planning skills and is able to handle multiple tasks at once.
- In depth knowledge of social media and e-commerce platforms, such as Instagram, Tiktok, Tokopedia, and Shopee.
