Job description for Social Media Officer at Pennyu Group
- The candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Officer or equivalent. Fresh graduates are very welcome to apply
- Has a strong understanding of social networking and social media marketing
- Able to do end-to-end social media management (content planning, ideation, until execution, analysis, and reporting)
- High creativity and time management skills.
- Extremely social & creative
- Willing to work on-site at Semarang Tengah, Kota Semarang
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Generate data for report & weekly update

- Maintain the stability and reputation of the company on social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Working closely with all creative team members to create a strategy for developing strategic social media activities to generate conversations and engagements
- Able to operate Google Spreadsheet at basic function (Pivot table, Vlookup/Hlookup) for reporting purposes is a plus
- Provide competitive insights and conduct social media listening on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Identify social content opportunities that drive customer, seller value, branding, and communication
