Job description for SEO Content Specialist at SwipeRx

We are looking for a seasoned SEO Content Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with Community Manager for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices. The ideal candidate is an experienced copywriter that performing excellence copywriting skill with channel integration. Daily tasks include writing copy for Marketing campaigns with managing content optimization and brand consistency across all channels, we would like to meet you. Your role:
- Develop content strategy and implementation that resonates with pharmacy professionals in Indonesia
- Liaise with Pharmacy Associates to ensure accurate knowledge on the subject matter
- Optimize content according to SEO and ability to use CMS analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics
- Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content can engage and acquire users
- Up-to-date to stay relevant with trend and knowledge on promotional spectrum is a plus
- Analytically driven to track key performance metrics on a consistent basis, from doing SEO audit, research, planning, on-page and off-page optimization.
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years proven work experience as a Content person, be it individual contributor or team lead
- Hands on experience with MS Office, WordPress, and social media tools for creation, amplification, and monitoring.
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing is a plus
- Confident to work as individual contributor and ability to manage resource internal and external when needed, i.e. supervise vendor/freelancers.
- Excellent copywriting skills in Bahasa Indonesia with strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or relevant fields.
- Creativity and ability to develop digital content that appeals to pharmacy professionals.
- Action driven, positive attitude, easy to work with, flexible to changes, and a team player.
