Job description for Senior UI / UX Designer at PT Global Inovasi Ventura
Key responsibilities :
- Work collaboratively with stake holders and responsible to understand the business / client needs and translate it to high quality UI UX design solutions
- Planning and implementing new product designs ( web and mobile apps )
- Performs end to end UI UX processes and craft a high quality functions of UI UX designs
- Provide advises and solutions from both business and technical perpectives if there is any user feedback or technical contraints
- Gather feedbacks from users / clients and stake holders in order to produce more effective designs
- Work closely with every element of the teams in company to provide best services and smooth projects to Clients
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree from IT / designs is preferrable
- 3 years + experience in UI UX position
- Independent, able to work on less supervision and able to work under deadlines
- Strong communication skills and collaborative with all teams
- Leadership skill required
- Mastering design softwares such as Figma, Adobe photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
- Understanding programming ( HTML, CSS, Javascript ) is a plus
- English speaking is a must
- Willing to work in Yogyakarta
