2. Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Business, Marketing, Economics, Science, Statistics, Mathematic, Anthropology, Sociology.
3. At least 3 years in Market Research agency or Research Projects
4. Solid knowledge of Market Research services and tools (having both quantitative and qualitative or consulting experience will be an advantage).
5. Possess strong analytical skills.
6. Good with building client relationships
7. Presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas with internal & external business clients.
8. Self-driven, results oriented, shows exceptional initiative and focused on quality.
1. Managing the relationship with clients on a day to day basis and keeping them informed regarding the progress of projects.
2. Lead projects – give direction to juniors with less supervision from seniors, make decision/suggestion to run the projects, create report and presentation.
3. To ensure that industry and research knowledge is integrated from other projects, desk research and other teams/sources to obtain a consolidated, competitive offering or insightful report.
4. Designing the relevant research instruments (questionnaires, discussion guides, interviewer briefs, sampling plans, etc.)
5. Write accurate and insightful reports keeping proposal requirements and obectives in mind.
