Product Development Associate
Responsibilities:
- Oversees research for new product, upcoming beauty trends and the overall beauty industry.
-Involved in the formulation and ideation of new products for the brand.
- Create a project timeline for new product developments up to launch date.
- Working closely with manufacture to develop upcoming products and manage production of projects; ensuring quality and timeline flow for each project is on track.
-Oversees safe delivery of goods from manufacturer to warehouse
- Monitor and ensure the production of new products run according to a predetermined timeline.
- Complete documents related to contracts or legal agreements with manufacturers and other vendors (BPOM, Halal certification, or etc)
- Ensure Purchase Orders for factories and other vendors according to plans and agreements.
Requirement:
-Bachelor Degree.
-Minimum 2 Year Experience in the beauty industry.
-In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian beauty market and skincare/makeup ingredients.
-Experience creating strategic product roadmap(s) from conception to launch and working with cross-functional teams.
-Team player attitude with an entrepreneurial spirit.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and setting ambitious goals.
-Passion in skincare and beauty trends is a must.
